Junior Choppers got its start in September of 03'
with the intention of building custom motorcycles, but it seemed everybody and their brother were building bikes, so Junior Chopper tells me they wanted to build something bike related but yet something unique.

JC designed a hub that would accomodate an eight inch wheel, and then built the frame around the rear wheel. It took about eight months of r&d to develop the whole bike, from idea to to finished and painted prototype.
JC has about 15 years experience in manufacturing and design, which has everything to do with the development of thier bikes.
The bikes are made from 6061 aliminum tubing and the tank and rear
fender are fiberglass. They have frames that a child from 8 years old to 12
years old can ride, and the adult bike will handle an adult up to 6' tall
and 300" lbs. There are a few accessories available such as headlights,
tailights, mirrors, and they have been asked to make a few custom items,
sissybars, cup holders, etc. They will make anything within reason. They also
offer custom paint an graphics.

JC sells about 30 bikes a year, every one is built from scratch and built
to order, They guys usually keep about 5 or 6 bikes around for doing promotions.

The cost for a standard bike with a single color paint sells for $995.00
